Your plot, our paperwork
A building permit in Ibiza can take 4-5 years, if it comes at all. We have carried every licence on our own developments, and we carry yours: permits, technical approvals and the municipality, handled by the people who deal with them every week.
Built by our own people
Around 45 craftsmen on our payroll, from structure to the final finish, and one project manager dedicated to your site. No chain of subcontractors pointing at each other: one team, accountable for everything, down to the last handle.
A realistic 14 months, held
A 400 m² house in 14 months is the schedule we set on our own estates, and we hold to it because cost, crews and timeline sit in one pair of hands. You are told the real date at the start, not a hopeful one.
Visibility, the whole way
You follow the build milestone by milestone, with photographs and site visits, whether you are on the island or abroad. And the family behind Mimax is still here at handover, and the Sunday after.

Most villas on this island are built by a contractor who answers to an architect who answers to a project manager who answers to you, and every gap between them costs you money and months. We removed the gaps by owning the whole chain: the licence work, the crews, the project management, the finish. It is how we build our own estates, the ones we put our name on and sell under it, and it is exactly how we build yours. Same craftsmen, same standards, same family walking the site.
