Mimax is a family led company rooted in Ibiza. We acquire land, develop, build and sell homes under one roof, guided by the same standards at every stage.
House
A small practice. A long horizon.

We are an integrated real-estate house — design, development, construction, sales and the long stewardship of the homes we have placed. Each part of the practice sits inside the same office, run by the same hands, held to the same editorial standard.
The discipline is what the rest of the market lacks the patience for. We acquire land carefully; we draw and re-draw before we break ground; we build for a thirty-year horizon, not a thirty-day sales cycle. The portfolio is intentionally small. Each estate is conceived, built and placed by the same hand.
The house works in three languages — English, Spanish, Serbian — and operates from a single office in Santa Eulària.
